* * The Village Tax Bill is mailed out once a year on June 1st. The bill
consists of the 1st and 2nd halves of the Village Property Tax. Payment for the
1st half of the Village Tax is accepted from June 1st through June 30th. If not
paid in full, the 2nd half of the Village Tax is payable from December 1st
through December 31st. Please note, the Village does not send out another bill
when the 2nd half of the Village Tax is due, therefore, it is the homeowners'
responsibility to remember to pay the 2nd half of the Village Tax in December
before penalties are applied in January of the next year.
